My computer won't turn on

If you are unable to power up your PC, please check the following things and try starting it again:
- Ensure the power cable is securely connected to the outlet and the PC.
- Make sure that the power switch on the back of the PC is set to the "I" position, then press the power button on the front/top of the PC.
- If you are using a power strip or surge protector, make sure it is plugged in and on.
- Test another working device in the same outlet as the PC to ensure that the outlet is working properly.
