If your monitor is blank, or says “No Signal,” try the following:
- Make sure the monitor is powered on
- Check all cable connections
- If your PC has a graphics card, plug into the GPU instead of the motherboard
- Try another cable or monitor if possible
If the issue continues, contact support and include:
- Whether the keyboard or mouse lights up
- Whether the PC seems to power on
- Any recent changes or issues
