If your monitor is blank, or says “No Signal,” try the following:

  • Make sure the monitor is powered on

  • Try another cable or monitor if possible

If the issue continues, contact support and include:

  • Whether the keyboard or mouse lights up
  • Whether the PC seems to power on
  • Any recent changes or issues
