Why does my bank show a pending charge?

If you see a charge but your order did not go through, it is usually a temporary authorization hold from your bank.
We do not receive any money unless the order is successfully processed.
Common reasons this happens:

- A failed transaction attempt
Most pending holds are released automatically within 24–72 hours, but your bank controls the exact timing.
