My computer crashed or is freezing.

If your computer freezes up, or crashes, first try restarting the PC and see if the issue persists. If the PC will not turn off after pressing the power button, try holding it in for about 5-10 seconds until the PC turns off. Wait a few minutes and then turn it back on.

Run a virus scan.

Run Windows updates and make sure all of your drivers are updated. Ensure that you have also updated your GPU drivers (AMD Adrenalin or NVIDIA GeForce Experience)

If you keep having the same issues, note things like the date and time of the crash/freeze, what you were doing at the time of the crash, whether there was an error message, and any information it provided. If you receive a BSoD or "Blue Screen of Death," note the Stop Code on the blue screen towards the bottom. Please submit a support ticket and provide the information collected in the ticket.
