If your PC won’t turn on, check the following first:

• Make sure the power cable is fully connected
• Confirm the rear power switch is set to “I”
• Try a different outlet or power strip
• Test another device in the same outlet

If it still does not turn on, contact support and include:

• What happens when you press the power button
• Any lights, sounds, or fan movement
• A short video if possible
