Frequently Asked Question
Why was my order put on hold?
Last Updated about a month ago
Some orders are placed on hold for a quick verification step before processing can continue.
This is a routine security measure used to help prevent unauthorized transactions.
If your order is on hold, you will need to complete verification before it can move forward.
You may be asked to provide:
• A government-issued photo ID
• A photo of the payment card (name and last 4 digits only — the rest can be covered)
• Confirmation of your billing and/or shipping address
Once this information is submitted, we will review it and continue processing your order.
Important:
• If verification is not completed within 24 hours, the order may be canceled
• Orders that are not verified may be canceled
If you have already received a verification request, please reply directly to that message with the required information.
