Frequently Asked Question
Why was my order put on hold?
Last Updated 15 days ago
Some orders are placed on hold for a quick verification step before processing can continue.
This is a routine security measure used to help prevent unauthorized transactions, protect cardholders from fraud, and reduce the risk of stolen payment methods being used.
If your order is on hold, you will need to complete verification before it can move forward.

If your order is on hold, you will need to complete verification before it can move forward.
You may be asked to provide:
- A photo of the cardholder holding their government-issued photo ID, with both the cardholder's face and the ID clearly visible. If the ID is not legible in this photo, we may also request a separate high-resolution photo of the ID.
- A photo of the payment card showing only the cardholder's name and the last four digits. You may cover all other card information for your security.
- Confirmation of your billing and/or shipping address.
We only request the information necessary to verify the order. Once your information has been reviewed, your order will either be approved for processing or we will contact you if additional information is needed.
Important:
- Verification requests should be completed within 24 hours to avoid delays.
- Orders that cannot be verified may be canceled and refunded.
If you have already received a verification request, simply reply directly to that email with the requested information.
